Rustic Veggie: Whole Wheat Crust, House Red Sauce, Olive Oil, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Green Peppers, Roasted Red Onion, Corn, Garlic, Fresh Basil
When we introduced our Rustic Veggie pizza earlier this year and it quickly became a favorite amongst Pieologist’s everywhere. And for good reason. This tasty pie has it all going on.
First, we start with our house-made whole wheat crust. If you haven’t tried it before, you’ll want to. The texture, bite and chew is very similar to our house-made white crust, but you get the added benefit of the whole wheat.
After brushing the crust with olive oil, we swirl on our signature red sauce – also made in house daily.
Next we pile on the cheeses and fresh veggies, Mozzarella, creamy Ricotta, Green Peppers, Roasted Red Peppers, Red Onion, Corn and Garlic
Here’s where we got a little creative. The Rustic Veggie doesn’t call for olives, but today we were craving them, so we added a few to the top.

Next we added some fresh basil as an After Bake. Voila! Rustic Veggie with Olive perfection. Need a little extra protein? Add some all-natural chicken.
